Distribution agreement with PASS

MHD-ROCKLAND Inc in conjunction with PASS Inc has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement for the support of the Rockwell Collins SPL actuation and brake line on the P-3 Orion. This agreement was built on the licensing agreement with Rockwell Collins to exclusively manufacture and repair to OEM standards the Lockheed P-3 Orion/CP-140 /L-188, SPL line of wing flap actuators and flap brakes for the next 15 years.
