WAREHOUSE INVENTORY CLERK

Full-Time | On-Site (Starke, FL)

Summary of Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Inventory Clerk, you will verify and maintain inventory records for aircraft parts. You will have relevant experience in a warehouse, inventory, or distribution setting, performing tasks with a great attention to detail.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Verify and load/unload all incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Inspect products, identify part conditions, and verify database records with warehouse inventory, adjusting records as appropriate to maintain accuracy.
  • Input necessary data, including any discrepancies with inventory, in Quantum (computer software database program). This includes quantities, photos, part conditions, warehouse locations, etc. 
  • Perform quality checks on stored inventory and relocate parts when necessary
  • Pull, pack, load, and stock all inventory in accordance with company procedures and standards.
  • Maintain safety while operating equipment.
  • Work independently and within a team with exceptional time management skills in order to meet deadlines and requirements.

Requirements and Core Competencies

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check, as well as random drug screenings.
  • Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Forklift certified is preferred.
  • Willing to travel outside of the United States to support operations in Montreal, if needed.

Performance and Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding position. Will lift parts weighing up to 30 pounds. Will work in both temperature-controlled and non-temperature-controlled work areas.  Will be required to maintain work schedule, meet deadlines, attend trainings, operate equipment, use a computer, and cooperate with multiple team members to successfully complete work tasks to company standards.

MRO Manager, Aircraft Components​

Full-Time | On-Site (Montreal, QC 80-85% / Burlington, ON 15-20%)

Summary of Responsibilities

As an Aircraft Component MRO Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing TCCA AMO Operations at our Burlington and Montréal facilities for the repair and overhaul of various aircraft components. You will oversee a team of technicians, offer support and ensure quality and on-time delivery of product that meet MHD-ROCKLAND and customer requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of dedicated technicians and support staff to achieve planned outcomes.
  • Maintain TCCA AMO compliance as well as SAE AS 9110 and AS9100 Quality Management System.
  • Meet the requirements of and act as the backup Person Responsible for Maintenance (PRM) as identified in Section 573.04 of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARS).
  • Ensure that sufficient personnel, equipment, tools, technical data, spares and supplies are available to meet operational demands and production scheduling.
  • Collect key indices and present to management team
  • Ensure that all persons who are authorized to perform or supervise the performance of maintenance have been adequately trained with respect to the applicable regulations and company procedures.
  • Oversee and manage supply chain personnel to ensue appropriate spares, consumables, and outside repairs supporting on time operations.
  • Remain ultimately responsible for the effectiveness of the Quality Assurance program and manage assigned quality personnel to meet requirements for audits, schedules, technical data and corrective actions.
  • Authorize amendments to the Maintenance Policy Manual and any other documents incorporated by reference.
  • Ensure that adequate maintenance records developed and are maintained.
  • Provide a positive, courteous, and non-confrontational approach to conflict resolution for all personnel.
  • Ensure that all personnel observe the AMO’s policies and codes of
  • Ensure that all personnel observe workplace health and safety requirements and are wearing the appropriate personal safety equipment while at work.
  • Other duties and assignments as directed by management.

Requirements and Core Competencies

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the maintenance and repair of aircraft components, particularly electro-mechanical aviation articles such as landing gear, wheel, brakes and actuation components.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with managing a team of technicians.
  • Transport Canada AME certificate desirable
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work shifts (if required) to support business needs.
  • Ability to travel between MRO sites (Montreal, QC 80-85% / Burlington, ON 15-20%).

Technician, Repair & Overhaul Components​

Full-Time | On-Site (Montréal)

Summary of Responsibilities

As a Repair & Overhaul Component Technician, reporting to the MRO Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for component teardown, evaluation, repair, reassembly and testing for serviceability and airworthiness in accordance with the appropriate maintenance manuals, technical orders and service requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, repair, overhaul, and alterations as required on aviation articles such as landing gear, wheel, brakes and actuation components.
  • Perform duties in accordance with the current technical data provided in the manufacturer instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Service Bulletins, service letters, Airworthiness Directives, government and industry standard practices and other data acceptable to or approved by the Canadian Airworthiness Authority or cognizant engineering authority.
  • Ensure that all required tooling and equipment, including precision measuring tools and inspection aids are operational, safe and within calibration requirements and are handled in accordance with their instructions and intended use.
  • Review documentation of all previous work accomplished on a product.
  • Evaluate components and identify necessary piece parts required to perform repairs and overhauls, ensuring that replacement articles are compliant with applicable standards.
  • Perform incoming, in-process and post-servicing inspections of components.
  • Interface/coordinate with internal departments such as Sales and Quality Assurance (as required) to support external customer base.
  • Collaborate with other technical personnel to improve repair methods and skill set.
  • Properly record work performed on the appropriate maintenance records and within the internal work order system.
  • Complete all assigned training and adhere to all health, safety, and shop cleanliness requirements by the company.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements and Core Competencies

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with maintenance and repair of mechanical and electro-mechanical aircraft components.
  • Strong mechanical aptitudes.
  • Plan and perform repair work in accordance with work instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret component maintenance manuals and drawings.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work shifts (if required) to support business needs.
  • Experience on hydraulic components is desirable
  • FAA, A&P, Canadian AME certificates is desirable.

Operations Analyst

Full-Time | Hybrid (Montréal)

Summary of Responsibilities

As an Operations Analyst, you will be at the forefront of supporting internal company processes and improving operational performance through analysis, process review and the training of internal users. By gathering and analyzing data in support of sales and repair strategies as well as company process optimization, you will be translating business problems into effective supply chain solutions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize and analyze information from multiple sources; computer data, sales history and internal customer interface.
  • Identify, mitigate and solve issues in various fields or specialized areas through utilizing statistical methods and analysis.
  • Develop solutions and recommend courses of action to discovered issues.
  • Develop and train staff on new processes and procedures to enhance operations.
  • Monitor ongoing effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as required.
  • Prepare detailed reporting and presentations for management.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments and business divisions to implement effective systems and effect trusted relationships.
  • Act as primary point of contact for ERP errors and process review.
  • Provide support for larger-scale ERP projects and features (E.g. Mobile Warehouse, Contact Manager, etc.)
  • Monitor and report KPIs for MRO and Supply Chain performance.
  • Other tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements and Core Competencies

  •  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and/or data mining, analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
  • Knowledge of and experience with relational databases, ERP systems (E.g. Quantum Control) and business intelligence reporting tools (E.g., Crystal Reporting, Power BI, SAS, Tableau, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Ability to prioritize, flexibility, adaptability and demonstrate initiative with an aptitude for continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and have a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes such as inventory planning and warehouse management is an asset.
  • Ability to travel between site locations (2-3 weeks at a time) when required.
  • BSc/BA in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.

Full Stack Developer

Full-Time | Hybrid (Montréal)

Summary of Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for defining, developing, analyzing and testing of new and existing software applications in support of internal business requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, analyze and test new and existing company software programs and applications.
  • Research, design, document, modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
  • Develop and maintain: internal intraweb reporting and tools, webportal, customer interfaces EDI, third-party interfaces (API), Oracle database, scheduled processes and triggers.
  • Oracle database administration, including ad hoc data import and export.
  • Provide application technical support, planning, installation, process documentation, ongoing management/monitoring and troubleshooting activities.
  • Ensure critical business data is properly secured and backed up.
  • Provide technical and analytical support for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and contribute to work instructions and/or manuals to guide end users and developers.
  • Provide assistance/guidance in the definition, development and documentation of software for business requirements/specifications, objectives, and deliverables on a project-to-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.
  • Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of databases to support business applications, ensuring system scalability, security, performance and reliability (project conception to project completion and milestone updates).
  • Provide support and mentoring to junior colleagues and inter-departmental technical counterparts.
  • Other tasks as may be assigned.

Requirements and Core Competencies

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge coding methods and best practices.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, relational databases, ERP systems (E.g. Quantum Control) and business intelligence reporting tools (E.g., Crystal Reporting, SAS, Tableau, etc.), Java, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, HTML, Python, SQL, PSQL, Oracle.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with version control such as GitHub and RESTful services.
  • Bilingual (English/French) communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Effective communication with non-technical and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Ability to prioritize, flexibility, adaptability and demonstrate initiative with an aptitude for continuous improvement, including understanding and implementation of new technologies.
