Summary of Responsibilities
MHD-Rockland is a global leader in aftermarket aircraft parts and services, supporting operators and maintenance organizations worldwide. Our warehouse and inventory operations play a critical role in ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant movement of aviation components across our global network.
At our Keystone Heights facility, the warehouse team is responsible for maintaining strict quality, traceability, and inventory control standards that directly impact safety and operational performance. We are seeking detail-oriented professionals who take pride in accuracy, teamwork, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
The Warehouse & Inventory Clerk supports the efficient operation of MHD-Rockland’s warehouse by managing the receipt, storage, inventory control, and shipment of aircraft parts and materials. This role ensures accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance in all inventory transactions, supporting both domestic and international operations.
The position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory integrity, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring all materials meet company quality standards and aviation regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive inbound materials, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and inspect for quality, condition, and proper documentation (including trace and certification records)
- Accurately enter receipts and inventory transactions into company systems, maintaining complete and auditable records
- Maintain inventory control, including cycle counts, stock organization, and reconciliation of discrepancies
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments in accordance with customer requirements and aviation industry standards
- Ensure all outbound orders include proper documentation, including certifications, traceability records, and export documentation where applicable
- Package materials using best practices to ensure safe, damage-free delivery, including sensitive or high-value aircraft components
- Coordinate shipping logistics, including carrier selection, routing, and scheduling for both domestic and international shipments
- Assist with the loading and unloading of shipments as required
- Identify and report non-conformities in materials or documentation and coordinate resolution with internal teams, suppliers, or customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse operations and inventory accuracy
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Working knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail, especially related to documentation, traceability, and compliance
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and inventory/ERP systems
- Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations preferred
- Experience in aviation, manufacturing, or regulated environments is a plus
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred

Summary of Responsibilities
The Aviation Propeller Shop Helper assists certified mechanics by performing entry-level support tasks in an aviation propeller repair environment. Responsibilities include cleaning and preparing propeller components, organizing tools and parts, supporting disassembly and reassembly activities, maintaining shop cleanliness, and completing basic documentation. All duties are performed in strict compliance with FAA safety regulations and company procedures. This position provides an entry point into aviation maintenance and a pathway for learning advanced propeller repair skills. This position requires a pre-employment drug screen in compliance with the FAA Drug and Alcohol Program.
Requirements
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean, wash, and scrub aircraft propeller components using approved methods and materials
- Assist with Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention activities, including FOD walks and hangar floor sweeping
- Prepare components by sanding, prepping parts, organizing tools, and setting up work areas for mechanics
- Assist certified mechanics with removal, installation, disassembly, and reassembly of aircraft propeller parts under supervision
- Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and readiness, including stocking supplies and maintaining work areas
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and utilize computer-based inventory tracking systems
- Update maintenance records and complete basic documentation and paperwork accurately
- Adhere to all FAA regulations, safety policies, and company procedures at all times
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support shop operations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required; must be able to operate a company or personal vehicle for occasional customer site visits.
- Participate in training and development opportunities as part of a defined advancement pathway
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical tools and principles
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when cleaning, prepping parts, and following procedures
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Clear communication skills to collaborate with mechanics, supervisors, and shop personnel
- Basic computer skills sufficient for inventory tracking and documentation
- Ability to work safely in a regulated, safety-sensitive environment
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, or aviation shop environment preferred but not required
- Entry-level candidates with demonstrated mechanical aptitude and interest in aviation maintenance are encouraged to apply

Summary of Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for defining, developing, analyzing and testing of new and existing software applications in support of internal business requirements.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Define, develop, analyze and test new and existing company software programs and applications.
- Research, design, document, modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
- Develop and maintain: internal intraweb reporting and tools, webportal, customer interfaces EDI, third-party interfaces (API), Oracle database, scheduled processes and triggers.
- Oracle database administration, including ad hoc data import and export.
- Provide application technical support, planning, installation, process documentation, ongoing management/monitoring and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure critical business data is properly secured and backed up.
- Provide technical and analytical support for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and contribute to work instructions and/or manuals to guide end users and developers.
- Provide assistance/guidance in the definition, development and documentation of software for business requirements/specifications, objectives, and deliverables on a project-to-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.
- Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of databases to support business applications, ensuring system scalability, security, performance and reliability (project conception to project completion and milestone updates).
- Provide support and mentoring to junior colleagues and inter-departmental technical counterparts.
- Other tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements and Core Competencies
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge coding methods and best practices.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, relational databases, ERP systems (E.g. Quantum Control), Java, Javascript, CSS, HTML, Oracle, SQL, PLSQL, MS SQL.
- Knowledge and familiarity with version control such as GitHub and RESTful services.
- Bilingual (English/French) communication skills (written and spoken).
- Effective communication with non-technical and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ability to prioritize, flexibility, adaptability and demonstrate initiative with an aptitude for continuous improvement, including understanding and implementation of new technologies.
